Please disable your WiFi and attempt to use your data plan. If your device doesn't have a data plan, please try to use another WiFi hotspot since your other WiFi connection may have a strict firewall that won't allow you to connect to the game. 


Alternate iOS steps:

  1. Double tap the home-button on your device.
  2. Swipe all application previews upwards until there is none left.
  3. Reboot your device.
  4. Launch Space Miner Wars.
If this doesn't work make sure you have the latest version of iOS installed on your device. 

Alternate Android steps: 

Pending on your device, 
  1. Open up the list of applications running on your device.
  2. Close all applications until there is none left.
  3. Reboot your device.
  4. Launch Space Miner Wars.
If this doesn't work, make sure you have the latest version of the Android operating system installed on your device.
