Sometimes, there are additional requirements on the offers to receive your free shields. Make sure all of your requirements were met before submitting a support request. If you are sure all requirements were met, go to the offer wall (the place where the offer was given) and click the “Need Help?” icon in the lower left hand corner. From there you can contact someone who can help you receive your gold shields.
