Double tap the home-button on your device.
Swipe all application previews upwards until there is none left.
Reboot your device.
- Launch Book of Heroes and try again.
If this doesn't work make sure you have the latest version of iOS installed on your device! Please disable your WiFi and attempt to use your 3G data plan. If your device doesn't have 3G, please try to use another WiFi hotspot since your other WiFi connection may have a strict firewall that won't allow you to connect to the game. If you continue to have problems, please contact our support team via the in-game Contact Support located in the Options Menu or submit a ticket here on the site.
